Apelim is the module of processing of requests of users for the informational portal providing interaction of users with the system of the administrator.
2019: Description of Apelim
As of July, 2019 the Apelim program represents the module of processing of requests of users of an informational portal, with ability to integrate with the web portal which provides interaction of users with system administrators.
Implementation:
- .net platform;
- Functions on OS Windows under management IIS.
Functions:
- Creation of requests of users;
- The automatic notification of users and administrators by e-mail about creation of new requests;
- Sending by the administrator the answer to the request of the user by e-mail;
- It allows the administrator to redirect requests directly to technical support service;
- Integration into modular short messages of users of the informational portal "Nuntius" which allows the administrator to browse requests in real time;
- Storage of correspondence of the user and administrator according to the request;
- Filterings and search in requests.
