The IC housing and public utilities is the software allowing to remove and transfer automatically indications of metering devices, to provide storage of the acquired information, to unload data in other systems for their postprocessing.

The IC housing and public utilities functions for July, 2019:

- maintaining personal account, objects and metering devices, communication devices, accounting points;
- providing statistics of contact with devices, reports on resource consumption;
- work with routes;
- accounting of NSI;
- magazine of actions.
The system of accounting of the utility Flatmeter resources allows to remove and transfer indications of metering devices of cold and hot water supply, central heating, the electric power and gas in the automatic mode, provides storage of the acquired information, allows to unload data in other systems (EIRTs, UK, RSO) for their postprocessing. Has license restrictions on quantity of the used objects and devices (are stored on the central server).
