MegaFon will be engaged in creation of a marketplace of educational content for schools of Russia

In August, 2019 "Fund of New Forms of Development of Education" (FNFDE) – the project office of the national Education project and the operator of network of children's technoparks Kvantorium, summed up the tender results on development of automated information system of "Marketplace of educational content and services".^[1]

MegaFon by request of "Fund of new forms of development of education" will create a marketplace of educational content

4 companies - NPK "High Technologies and Strategic Systems" "Si Ti Ai""Rostelecom" and "Megafon" took part in tender. Based on assessment of requests the greatest number of points was received by MegaFon. The agreement worth 193 million rubles will be signed with this company that below the starting price of the contract for 33 million rubles.

A new system should automate processes of creation of electronic educational content and its providing to end users. So, using the designer of a system the possibility of creation of content, with providing a further possibility of its licensed address should be provided. Besides, processes of acquisition of content by authorities and educational institutions, responsible for education, should be automated.

In addition, a system should provide remote learning process with opportunities of formation of educational groups, training and testing, transfer of data on results of passing of occupations to the educational organizations.

The architecture of a marketplace should be expected 50 million registered users and simultaneous operation of 2 million users.

A system should interact with other solutions. In particular, integration with a Unified identification and authentication system is necessary for ensuring registration, authorization and synchronization of these user profiles. The possibility of interaction with regional platforms of electronic journals and diaries (EZhD) is required for receiving the missing communications and data on the user (school, a class, objects, etc.) connected with educational process. Integration with a communication framework for message exchange, training materials and tasks and also the educational platforms functioning in the Russian Federation for ensuring completeness of the directory of content should be in addition provided.

All work on the project should be completed till December 10, 2020.
