2019: Implementation of the corporate cloud Cloud4Y mail
On July 30, 2019 the Cloud4Y company reported that it provided JSC GRANITE Concern corporate mail according to the SaaS model.
Desire to increase company performance and to lower load of IT department became a reason for transition to "cloud". Traditional office mail did not cope with loading, and for increase in power serious costs were required. It did not suit GRANIT Concern. Because of the large volume of work and steady expansion of the state before the company there were problems of internal communication and customer interaction. Besides, standard software did not conform to security requirements.
The solution which would allow to correspond, organize meetings and actions, easily synchronized with any mobile device was required. Corporate mail according to the SaaS model from Cloud4Y became such solution. "GRANIT concern" received a cloud service of e-mail which does not need to be configured, serviced and updated.
The service "Corporate mail" from Cloud4Y allows to be scaled under any number of users. Messages are transferred on the spam-protected SSL connection, and users of spam and viruses. "GRANIT concern" had an opportunity to synchronize mail, tasks, calendars, meetings and contacts with the PC and mobile devices that simplified and accelerated business processes of the company.
