The solution Smart home allows the user to set up and control a management system for the house independently. The user interface gives the chance with ease to create rules of system management. Information not only from sensors, but also data from external sources — for example, a weather forecast, share price, messages of the Ministry of Emergency Situations is used.

The analytical module allows to optimize processes of management of the real estate and to reduce costs for its operation. A system functions taking into account individual characteristics of the house, payment is made for the actual operation of the equipment.
