2019: Set Retail implementation

On July 31, 2019 the company Crystal Service reported that St. Petersburg retailer "Real" in two weeks started in all network a front office system — Set Retail 10. It works in 61 shops and covers 165 cash desks. The solution helped to accelerate cash transactions and service of buyers almost for 40%, and it became more convenient to work with the loyalty program.

In Real network the cash solution not fully conforming to requirements of the retailer to the speed of work, uninterrupted operation and functionality was set. Other system capable quickly and smoothly to run in the conditions of a high load was necessary: cover more than 200 shops, 500 cash desks and 60 thousand goods in one outlet. The solution had to automate sale of alcohol with the updated excise stamps. And also to support various discount mechanics, not less than 200 advertizing campaigns in one shop and it is not less than 1 million cards of loyalty. Being guided by these requirements the retailer selected the solution for automation of trade of Set Retail 10 of CSI company.

Specialists of retail chain stores and the developer in 2 weeks implemented a front office system in all shops. In Real Set Retail manages cash desks, trading day and the loyalty program. The solution helped to accelerate transactions at the checkout and honor passing by the buyer of the cash register line for 40%.

In Real — the developed loyalty program: several types of discount cards with different discounts. Besides, in network it is possible to use discount cards of partners, for example Zenit. Set Retail provided to the staff of Real the convenient and multifunction tool for work with the loyalty program. The retail chain stores use discounts for groups of goods and for sets, coupons, actions with issue of gifts and also print advertizing offers on checks. All this supports the module of loyalty of Set Retail 10.
