On August 6, 2019 the TechnoNIKOL company reported that the implemented system of optimization and distribution of production developed by the Russian company GoodsForecast according to the results of the first year of use will save 30 million rubles.

TECHNONIKOL is one of leaders in labor productivity. The company systematically works on increase in business performance and decrease in losses. The system of optimization and distribution of production (SORP) became one of the tools implemented at 10 plants of TECHNONIKOL in Russia and Republic of Belarus producing roofing materials. It allows to reduce influence of a human factor and to improve planning processes.

A system in the automatic mode analyzes the large volume of information: these are data on order terms, availability of materials in a warehouse, properties of products, characteristic of production lines and the cost of their readjustment under each specific product and service. Also a system predicts the product demand and analyzes data on possible penalties if it will not be shipped to the customer in time. On the basis of this information algorithms of a system build the optimal diagram of loading of a production line, plan release of different products, significantly reducing and optimizing costs.
