"The first Bit" automated financial accounting in Agroeko

On August 6, 2019 the international integrator of IT solutions First Bit announced implementation in the Agroeko group (G) of a system "to BIT. Finance.holding ". Using the program the staff of Agroeko became quicker and without errors to prepare financial statements, to plan the budget and to control its execution. As a result operating expenses of the enterprise were reduced by 20%.

Management of finance – important process at any enterprise. That it was effective it is necessary to prepare correctly the reporting, to carry out budget planning and to completely control cash flow. The most important – all this should not be done.

Before management of finance was conducted in Agroeko Group manually in Excel. On formation of financial statements the staff of the enterprise spent a lot of time and forces. So, on collecting and data processing at them week left. As much days it was required to employees to correct errors in the reporting.

Besides, they faced impossibility to plan the budget for year, to effectively analyze and control income and expenses. As a result the management of Agroeko Group with delay received financial statements which contained incomplete information. On its basis it was difficult to make the right management decisions.

Everything changed when top management of Agroeko addressed us. Having considered all their wishes, we implemented the program of bits.FINANS/holdings at the enterprise and configured it under specifics of activity. Then trained employees in work in it. As a result in Agroeko Group 70 jobs were automated.
