1C: Gardener

2019: Release of a cloud solution

On August 6, 2019 1C Company announced release of a cloud solution "to 1C: The gardener" for preparation and submission of reports in the garden non-commercial partnerships (GNCP) and the garden non-commercial partnerships (GNCP). For GNCP and OHT which have no opportunity to work in the cloud service requiring permanent connection with the Internet 1C Company releases software products which can be set on computers of users (local computers) and to use without permanent connection to the Internet.

As of August, 2019 program "1C: The gardener" is issued in two options:

• "1C: Gardener. The basic version" – for SNT up to 100 sections, can be used only on one computer, for its start the license "tied" to this computer is used. During the replacing or upgrade of the computer the user can receive up to two reserve licenses. With the program "1C: Gardener. The basic version" at once time can work only one user. If necessary the chairman and the accountant of SNT, for example, will be able to work with the program in turn. The accountant servicing several SNT can purchase one copy of the program "1C: Gardener. The basic version" and to keep account of each SNT in separate information base, and all information bases should be on the same computer on which this program is installed. "1C: Gardener. The basic version" is not intended for modification by users, it is possible to set only the official updates released by 1C Company. Connection to service of submission of reports in electronic form 1C Reporting for the mezzanine board.
• "1C: The gardener" – for SNT from 100 sections, it is possible to increase the number of the used computers and the number of users, it can be modified by users. Under the agreement 1C:ITS updates and support and also connection of 1C Reporting service are provided for one CHT/OHT.

Since August 6, 2019 on sale electronic deliveries, and within August, 2019 1C Company is also going to release "boxed" deliveries for retail distribution.

According to the developer, program "1C: The gardener" is intended for preparation and submission of reports to SNT and ONT according to the Federal law from 29 iyulya2017 N 217 "About conducting by citizens gardening and truck farming for own needs and about making changes in separate legal acts of the Russian Federation". The law which became effective since January 1, 2019 cancels variety of country associations, leading them to forms of business of SNT and ONT. Membership fees are entered by copartners in the order set by the charter of a partnership on a checking account of a partnership (transition to non-cash payments).

Program "1C: The gardener" is developed taking into account wishes of chairmen and accountants of gardening partnerships. She is simple and clear therefore she does not demand special training: chairmen and accountants of gardening partnerships can independently master her even if they did not use programs of 1C Company earlier. The necessary reporting is autocompleted, at the same time the program will warn about terms of its delivery in advance, noted in 1C Company.

The program installed on the local computer "1C: The gardener" can work and without permanent connection with the Internet – connection is required only at exchange with banks, at the time of sending the reporting prepared in the program, for mailing of receipts or for updating of the program.

Program capabilities "1C: Gardener", mentioned by the developer:

• Accounting of sections. By sections contributions are accepted and the debt of members of SNT is calculated. An opportunity to load sections from foreign tables, for example from Microsoft Excel is provided.
• Accounting of contributions. In the program the membership and target fees approved at a general meeting of gardeners are fixed and considered.
• Charges for the electric power and water supply. Charges are calculated automatically on the entered indications of one-rate, two-tariff or three-tariff counters of the electric power and also water supply counters. Loading of meter readings from foreign tables, for example is supported from Microsoft Excel.
• Printing and mailing of receipts on payment. According to 217-FZ calculations in gardening partnerships it is necessary to conduct through checking accounts. For payment through bank it is possible to use receipts which form in the program. Bulk mailing of receipts to members of SNT by e-mail is provided.
• Acceptance of payment from gardeners. Direct exchange with banks and recognition of payment from members of SNT in bank statements is supported.
• Expense accounting. Expenses of a garden partnership can be conducted by activities or target actions.
• Payroll accounting. In the program it is possible to consider the staff of SNT, to charge and pay salary.
• The regulated reporting. The program allows to fill and hand over via the Internet the regulated reporting in regulatory authorities.
