2019: Adjustment of the territorial scheme of the address with waste and creation of its electronic model

On August 7, 2019 the Etton Group company reported that it started adjustment of the territorial scheme of the address with waste and to creation of its electronic model in the Chuvash Republic.

The purpose of work is improvement of a system of the organization and implementation in the territory of the Chuvash Republic of activities for collecting, transportation, processing, utilization, neutralization, placement of the formed waste, including biological and medical waste, taking into account a reasonable combination of ecological and economic interests of society, maintenance or recovery of favorable state of environment and the conservation of biodiversity.

Within works the Etton Group company carries out updating of data on the existing system of the address with waste of the region, optimal logistic routes of transportation of waste from education sources to objects for processing, utilization, placement are defined, the cost of services in the address with waste on zones of activity of regional operators is calculated, requirement of creation of subjects of the address with waste, including with medical and biological waste is estimated, the cost of actions for liquidation of objects of earlier saved up environmental damage is estimated, changes in value of services (rates) in collecting, processing, transportation, utilization, neutralization, placement of waste for the population and legal entities are predicted. The received territorial scheme of the address with waste is transferred to an electronic form and undergoes public listenings for her approval by authorized body of executive power of the Chuvash Republic.

For August, 2019 Etton Group finishes works on the first stage of the project. The approved information system of work with waste will be put into operation of the region at the end of fall. The electronic territorial circuit of Etton Group company is designed so that with the smallest costs to be integrated into Federal electronic model of the address with waste, including with the solid utility waste (SUW).

A system is developed by request of Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Chuvash Republic for execution of specific provisions of the Federal law of December 29, 2014 No. 458-fz "About introduction of amendments to the Federal Law (89-FZ) "About industrial and consumption waste"
