2019: Construction of low-current infrastructure

On August 13, 2019 BELTEL company announced end of the complex project on construction of low-current infrastructure of Holiday Inn Express Moscow Baumanskaya hotel of InterContinental Hotels Group operator. During the project 18 systems are constructed.

For August, 2019 in the hotel building ten floors and also the technical floor and the cellar, 128 numbers, including three numbers for handicapped groups of the population. The area of the object is 6631.56 square meters. The brand of Holiday Inn Express is focused on business travelers and tourists for whom are important optimal price relation and qualities. The same principle was taken as a basis when choosing solutions for equipment of the building.

• The system of fire safety, including the fire warning, automatic equipment of fire protection, the warning system and managements of evacuation of people at the fire
• The system of broadband access in the Internet for hotel guests (HSIA)
• System of security video surveillance
• System of security and disturbing signaling

• SCS
• System of interactive hotel television
• Multimedia equipment of two meeting rooms
• Automation and scheduling of the engineering systems
• Hotel rooms for handicapped groups of the population
• System of gas fire extinguishing server and also system of restaurant and kitchen fire extinguishing
• Security and protective deratization system.
