Reftinsky poultry farm (1C:ERP Agro-industrial complex)

In May, 2018 on Reftinsky poultry farm the project on implementation of 1C:ERP Agro-industrial complex was implemented. The contractor selects the company 1C-Rarus Chelyabinsk (rny Softservice of data center).

In a project deliverable the processes allowing to manage expenses on all repartitions of production are optimized. 150 jobs, in plans of the company - to increase their quantity up to 300 are automated. Labor costs in divisions were reduced by 15%. Earlier cost value at the enterprise was calculated manually, by consecutive closing of auxiliary divisions. On a number of divisions planned cost with the subsequent manual deviations by accounting was used. Tax accounting in an information system was not implemented. Income tax, control and accounting of temporary and permanent differences was conducted manually. Implementation 1C:ERP allows to calculate actual cost monthly, accounting of deviations is not required, all expenses are considered in parallel and in tax accounting that significantly reduces work of accounting divisions.

The regulated and managerial reportings are prepared 25-30% quicker now. Formation of the regulated reporting based on a Historical system and manual tax accounting took a lot of time, 25-30 days. After implementation closing of the period is made no later than the 15th day of the next month.
