In Ekosistemz LLC the ERP system and the module on operational management of AGZS on the Lexema platform is brought into operation. 40 AGZS keep operational accounting in Lexema.

Functional structure of the project:

Possibilities of an automated workplace of the operator of gas station:

• Work in one program with miscellaneous columns like (ADAST, TIM, UNSG)
• Sale on different types of payment: cash payment, cash payment at a discount, non-cash payment, technical draining, coupons, LIS (limit and intaking sheet). Monitoring of sales on AGZS
• Program runtime with cash registers of different type (the Stroke, Shtrikh-Kombo). Sale, collection, introduction, issue of money, monitoring of the movement of money on cash desk.
• Opportunity for work of several cash desks (separation on a Qassam on the basis of a payment type and goods, a warehouse)
• Monitoring of level of fuel level meters of different type. Calculation of the arrived fuel. Formation of the Act of draining.
• Sale of other goods (shop). Support of several warehouses. Documents of the movement of other goods (movement, inventory)
• Reports for work AGZS (replaceable, daily, commodity).
• Flexible system of discounts (5 discount types). Discounts for group of cards.
• Accounting of the equipment.

Data with gas station were replicated in the central database. In the center the consolidated statements on work of gas station is developed. In base the functionality on centralized operation is configured by pricing, data are automatically replicated on each gas station.

• Collecting of all data with AGZS in one base. Creation of storage system of history.

  • Calculation of a balance in cash on the agreement. Creation of receipt documents of funds for the agreement (are imported from the 1C file), correction of balance, the cash flow statement under the agreement.
  • The automated work with the agreement (blocking, the postponed blocking, an unblocking, closing, prolongation). Conditions are set by the user individually for each agreement.
  • Reporting system of autoprocessing of agreements.
  • Monitoring of implementation of fuel on fuel penalties in any cuts (grouping is set by the user). Reports.
  • Mailing to clients of reports on sales of goods on their agreements.
  • Mailing on mail to clients of information on the agreement (Blocking, the postponed blocking, an unblocking, prolongation, closing, receipt of funds, achievement of the set balance). Setup of contents of the message.
  • A balance output under all agreements to printing or in the special file for display on the website.
  • Unloading of sales under agreements. Export of data for accounting in 1C.
