"L1" optimized work with documents in EDMS with transition to Docsvision 5

2019: Optimization of work with documents in EDMS

On August 19, 2019 Digital Design reported that construction the company L1 for solving of tasks of optimization of workflows and increase in efficiency optimized electronic document management and updated internal processes on the version Docsvision of platform 5.

The Digital Design IT integrator became the partner of the company. The maximum process automation on upgraded version of the platform was the main requirement. Docsvision 5 gives much more functionality, offers thin individual preferences of processes, than the previous version.

The project passed in two stages ― updating of the version of the platform and its adaptation under requests of the company.

As a result during the project a number of processes ― for example was automated, change of the status of the document, approval and signing of memos and orders, an opportunity to configure routes of approval of contractual documentation and to consider the work calendar of employees at execution of tasks, etc. is provided.

Updating of a system was the cause to review operation algorithms with a number of documents and, as a result, to make processes quicker and more effectively.
