2019: The court obliged Voentelecom to pay Stream Labs of 60 million rubles for a complex of testing of network
The arbitration court of Moscow met the requirement of the resident of an IT cluster Skolkovo, the developer of solutions for telecasting monitoring "The stream labs" to child structure of the Ministry of Defence — Voentelecom operator — about payment of 60 million rubles for delivery of a complex of stress testing of IT systems.
"The stream labs" in 2017 participated in the tender of Voentelecom for delivery of a complex of stress testing of Ixia, CNews writes [1]. "The stream labs" was recognized by the winner of competition with the offer to perform the contract for 120 million rubles at the starting price of purchase in 125 million rubles. The Ramek-VS company also took part in the tender.
The complex delivered by request of Voentelecom was paid not completely. Whether the operator intends to dispute court's decision, it is not reported.
To the tender it was specified in the technical project of Voentelecom that the solution IxNetwork should test at the customer of the device of IP routing and switching and also the equipment broadband access. Besides, it should provide generation of traffic and emulation of complete data span under the MPLS, Layer 2/3 VPN, Carrier Ethernet, Broadband Access and Data Center Bridging protocols. Also the solution IxLoad — for fast and exact modeling of large volume of subscriber and server traffic of video, data and a voice "for check of actual performance of multiservice networks and platforms of security" was mentioned in the technical project.
