Voentelecom should pay Informzashita 87 million rubles according to strictly classified government contract

2019: The legal claim on 87 million rubles from Informzashita

On August 16 it became known that the Informzashita company will receive 84.4 million rubles which are due to it from Voentelecom which the operator owed it under the agreement of October 3, 2017. The decree in this respect was issued on August 2, 2019 by Arbitration court of Moscow in the claim with which Informzashita addressed judges on May 22, 2019.

In addition to the specified principal amount of the judge also obliged the operator to pay to the claimant 2.8 million rubles — as "interest for using someone else's money". Thus, the general size of financial load of Voentelecom according to the solution of observers of the law will be 87.2 million rubles.

At the time of a material exit in Voentelecom could not comment on CNews these judicial proceedings within nine days, without having specified whether the company is going to appeal against a verdict of court. Representatives of Informzashita considered any comments premature because the last end was not put to case. And the speech not about standardly admissible appeal and cassation procedures. As it is possible to detect in base of legal cases, on August 12, 2019 the court saw the bases for adoption of the additional solution connected with not resolved questions concerning so-called court costs. What judges to some extent saw the defect in, it will be possible to learn not earlier than August 21, 2019 on which the meeting is planned.

From materials of basic case on which Informzashita seized 87.2 million rubles from Voentelecom the contract which became problem between them was signed on October 3, 2017. The term of a complete set and delivery of the unnamed equipment by Informzashita was limited on November 20, 2017. The price of the agreement was 346.5 million rubles.

At the same time these works are at least a part of the subcontract relations within the contract of Voentelecom with the Ministry of Defence of September 23, 2016 — in course of execution of state defense order, emphasized in CNews. Numbers and signature dates of these of the government contract and the state agreement are known, however standard means to detect about them data on the website of state procurements possible are not represented — as well as to detect technical details of both basic, and auxiliary tenders. Representatives of Informzashita explained it to CNews with the fact that this project is performed in the privacy mode, and to mean and all tender procedures concerning it took place behind closed doors.^[1]
