2019: Start of an IT ecosystem on control of commercial vehicle fleet

On August 1, 2019 the Transbaza company Technological transportations reported that it prepares for start the project of cooperation with the cottage settlement of "Opushkino" in the Istra district of the Moscow region.

Use of modern IT solutions for control of corporate vehicle fleets and creations of a special range of services – the successful solution not only for transport, but also construction and utility companies.

The CEO of Transbaza the Hump Ruslan considers that implementation of IT solutions positively affects image of the company and increases efficiency of business processes. The uniform IT ecosystem on control of commercial vehicle fleet from C-Cars and TRANSBAZA can be useful including to those companies for which the transport industry is not profile.

According to Ilya Maslov, the managing RC OF "Opushkino", implementation of uniform IT solution will improve mechanisms of control of transport, will create favorable conditions for providing additional services to residents of the settlement. The implemented IT solution includes: the telematic device connected to each piece of equipment, the system of online monitoring of transport, an online service for lease of special equipment and commercial transport.

Using the convenient and functional web portal the management of the RC OF "Opushkino" will be able to trace a geolocation of the equipment and its technical condition, to manage internal requests for transport, to predict load of the equipment and quickly to resolve the issues connected with fleet management. The online service of lease of different types of machinery and equipment will allow the management of the settlement to rent the necessary equipment in public market and to provide to residents of the settlement high-quality services. Also, using TRANSBAZA average market/indication prices and other analytical data will be available to the management of the cottage settlement.
