2019: Free check of partners of small business

On August 20, 2019 Raiffeisenbank announced start of service for check of reliability of partners in Internet bank for small business the Raiffeisen Business Online (RBO). The service for check of the companies across Russia is provided by SKB Kontur company which collects and analyzes information on any legal entity or the individual entrepreneur.

The service is implemented in the form of "traffic light" — with three indicators which define a risk degree: red, yellow and green. The red signal announces the facts of liquidation or bankruptcy. Yellow warns about possible problems of the partner — signs of a phony company are detected, enforcement proceeding is opened. A green signal — the favorable information about the company: it is active the last 12 months, won several government contracts.

Raiffeisenbank prepared several scenarios of work with service for the clients. The signal of the Traffic light can be seen on the screen of the payment order and in the reference book by the partner.

Any potential business partner it is possible to check on a TIN in the section "My partners", having pressed the Check the Partner button. Together with the indicator there is an opportunity to download the express report in which the facts of financial and economic activity of the partner are described and recommendations about risk reduction are made: request copies of the documents confirming the head's powers, specify the reasons of emergence of enforcement proceedings and arbitration cases, etc.

During creation of payment or the new partner "traffic light" will appear near the TIN field.

Indicators appeared in lists of partners and payments of the client in RBO, thus information on reliability of the partner will be always relevant.

Also clients of bank can check themselves. If the client of Raiffeisenbank appeared in a yellow or red zone, opposite to the name of the company in RBO the corresponding signal will appear.

All check takes only a couple of seconds. Service automatically loads data from 29 official sources: FTS, Rosstat, card file of arbitration cases,treasury and so forth.

Service saves time of clients and increases safety of payments. The client of bank does not need to carry out the analysis of activity of business partners manually any more. Clear results of check in the form of color signals will help to size up the partner at once.
