IC Telecom-Service: The multivendor solution for creation of complex IT infrastructure using VDI technology

The company IC Telecom-Service, Russian network integrator, presented on August 21, 2019 the multivendor solution on products of the companies Dell, Cisco Systems and VMware. The solution is intended for creation complex IT infrastructures using technology VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) for access to corporate applications.

According to developers, the solution for creation of IT infrastructure using virtual work places will find application in the different industries of small, medium and large business and is intended for the companies with a large number of jobs of office type. Among them: information and service contact centers, educational institutions, educational classes, corporations with a geographically distributed branch network.

Depending on the project can be a part of the solution: failover cluster virtualizations storage system, uninterruptible power supply unit (UPS) APC, virtualization cover VMware vSphere Cisco firewall server video surveillances Trassir, virtual server telephony Cisco , etc.

When implementing complex IT infrastructure using virtual work places such basic services as corporate telephony with functions of a call recording and service of speech analytics will be available to clients; a video conferencing with a possibility of creation of virtual meeting rooms (Meeting Room); the hybrid infrastructure of AD integrated with a cloud service of MS Azure.

Besides, the solution includes the cloud services of Exchange, Sharepoint and OneDrive providing access to mail and data from any place.

Among features there are solutions: flexible scaling, a possibility of creation of the virtual machines performed far off using the VMware Horizon FLEX tool, creation of a cluster of high availability using technologies [Red Hat]] Cluster Suite, fast data transfer on remote platforms, maintenance of the high level of consistency of data on platforms, a possibility of interaction with public clouds / creation of private and hybrid clouds when using basic set of components.

Also the solution will allow to solve such various problems as implementation of the protected data exchange with numerous branches of the enterprise and consolidation of separate commercial DPCs on the uniform platform.
