Beltel executed equipment of the telemedicine center "NMITs of N.N. Petrov"

2019: Completion of construction of the telemedicine center

On August 22, 2019 BELTEL company reported that it completed the construction of the telemedicine center with support of specialized medical industry standards of visualization of digital medical images in NMITs of N.N. Petrov.

According to the company, the constructed Telemedicine center consists of Telemedicine point with jobs of consulting physicians and a zone for teleconsultations and also the Conference room intended for carrying out training, scientific and clinical conferences. Equipment of the Conference room allows doctors-diagnosticians to perform interaction with Federal Telemedicine Network of the Russian Ministry of Health, to organize sessions of the HD videoconferencing, to carry out high-precision diagnostics on the basis of the analysis of x-rays and also preparation and execution of the conclusions in the form of the medical documents signed with the EDS.

The telemedicine point provides the following functionality:

• Teleconsultations in the form of video conference as via the Internet, and through secure channels of communication by Federal Telemedicine Network of the Russian Ministry of Health (FTMS)
• Receiving and distribution by contractors of requests from FTMS
• Loading of pictures and medical documentation in information systems of the medical center
• Preparation of the conclusions in the form of medical documents
• The signature of medical documents using the EDS and their sending through FTMS
• Internal communication of consulting physicians via secure channels of communication of FTMS using the video cameras installed in workplaces

The conference room ensures functioning in the following modes:

• Lecturing with demonstration of the presentations, including with video records
• Broadcast of the image of the lecturer and the presentation through FTMS network or the Internet with a feedback in the form of a moderiruyemy chat or video conference
• Video conference call with a great number of territorially removed participants
• Two-way video conference with the operating rooms which are in medical institution and beyond its limits for holding surgical master classes with a possibility of configuration of the image and a sound for broadcasting in FTMS network or the Internet
• Connection of participants by phone or video conference both in medical institution, and beyond its limits

The solution is constructed based on the equipment of producers: Cisco, Philips, Kramer, Apart, Sonance, Biamp, Barco and other companies.

Specialists of BELTEL company completed all phases of the project, including design, supply of equipment and the software, installation and balancing and commissioning.
