The telematic equipment of Montrans is installed on the most powerful wheel crane of Liebherr in Moscow

2019: Installation of the equipment of satellite monitoring on the LTM 1750 Liebherr Truck crane

On August 27, 2019 the Montrans company reported that her engineers installed the equipment of satellite monitoring on the most powerful wheel crane in Russia. The LTM 1750 Liebherr truck crane participates in construction of a transfer circuit of the Horoshevskaya metro stations - Mozhaisk.

Loading capacity of the crane is 750 tons. And it is the most powerful elevator on wheel to the course in Russia. Arrow height: 50 meters. The car has 5 fuel tanks with a total amount of 1400 liters. Fuel consumption on the route – 120 liters on 100 km. An expense during the work under loading – up to 15 liters per hour. The fuel level sensor was installed even on a tank for heating of a cabin. Earlier the TOPKRAN company already equipped the machines with telematics. Economic effect of installation of satellite monitoring reaches 30%.

On construction of the bridge through the Moscow Canal specialists of MONTRANS company also installed the telematic equipment on cranes. The construction of an arch is conducted by two cranes with a loading capacity of 350 and 500 tons. The weight of one bridge span assembled – 700 tons. The crossing is an element of the Central Ring Road (CRR). Length of the bridge is 1.5 kilometers. The overpass crosses: Dmitrovskoye Highway, Savelovsky railroad, local road and Iksha River. The bridge through the Moscow Canal is going to be handed over in September, 2019. The movement on the overpass will be opened in the spring of 2020.
