On August 28, 2019 the Rossiya Airlines reported that it started "A virtual class" 一 the program of distance learning and testing of pilots created based on technologies of a video conferencing TrueConf. The program provides the qualified training of flight personnel. Pilots learn more than 120 dialects of aviation English and participate in virtual modeling of regular situations to increase mutual understanding with foreign colleagues, to exclude errors during airs and it is even safer to make air transportation.

According to information, the airline pays special attention to advanced training of the pilots and also level of proficiency in different dialects of aviation English. Very often even the experienced pilots executing flight to the region for the first time face misunderstanding of a local dialect or accent that can lead to emergence of critical situations. The company management made the decision to organize remote training of flight personnel and also testing of knowledge of pilots according to regulations of International Civil Aviation Organization.

Using the system of a video conferencing TrueConf Server the airline started "A virtual class" 一 the special program of distance learning of pilots. The solution provides holding virtual occupations between teachers and pilots who pass in a type of role plays with study of the different situations arising during flights to such regions as Europe, the Mediterranean, Central Asia, the Far East, North and South America.
