On August 28, 2019 the company of Technology of the Future about system implementation of queue management of NeuroniQ in Absolute Real Estate company.

Earlier set electronic queues did not cope with assigned tasks and high requirements of the company builder. Therefore specialists of Technologies of the Future company, based on individual requests of the customer, developed a special intelligent system of automation of customer service.

The main complexity in work of offices of the company is that several enduring services are offered at once, and to clients it is necessary to get after service by one employee in line to other specialist. The installed system of NEURONIQ gives an opportunity to register the client at once in several queues. On the operator console employees can see data of the client and comments on their requests that allows to reduce time of the subsequent service.

System implementation of NEURONIQ in addition to creation of comfortable terms of service of clients, also provides company management with necessary statistical data on work of office, including information on the services provided to each client, on time spent for service on time of arrival and escape of a workplace by employees, on duration of a lunch break and on the actual operating time of personnel.
