ALROSA will create the single accounting system for child structures based on 1C for 319 million rubles

On August 27, 2019 ALROSA announced the tender for creation of the single accounting system on the 1C: Enterprise platform for subsidiaries and affiliates (DZO). Project cost is estimated at 319 million rubles.[1]

ALROSA is going to create the single accounting system for subsidiaries

Solution development should promote creation of a technology basis for unification of processes of function of economy and finance, development of the all-corporate control environment, optimization of IT processes due to standardization of solutions and also to reduction of term of formation of the consolidated statements of JSC ALROSA.

The contractor of the project should solve 9 key problems:

1. Develop single technological solutions on RSBU/NU blocks (The Russian standards of accounting and tax accounting), IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), Budgetings, applicable within child structures of ALROSA, and the management reporting, Treasury;
2. Develop regulations of treasurer transactions for DZO "ALROSA";
3. Develop the NSI directory of a direct system;
4. Develop and set the IT system taking into account the created single technological solutions and regulations;
5. Carry out migration of initial data;
6. Provide user training;
7. Provide user support during the first period of operation;
8. Develop integration solutions with corporate systems and CORE the DZO systems (Automation systems of the primary and productive activity);
9. Create groups of IT support of the solution, develop regulations of rendering IT support.

In total the perimeter of the project will include 9 enterprises "ALROSA-Spetsbureniye", "PTVS", "Yakut Generation Company", "Vilyuysk Hydroelectric Power Station 3", "Yakut Electric Grid Company", "ALROSA — Bidding", "Severalmaz", "Almazy Anabara" and "Petrel".

According to plans of the customer in a new system about 300 at the same time active users will work.

It is supposed that project implementation will take 8 months – from October 1, 2019 to May 30, 2020. At the same time, a system should be brought into operation since April 1, 2020.

The developed system should be integrated with a number of IT solutions of ALROSA. In particular, it is HRM, EDMS and ERP systems, the system of formation of consolidated financial statements according to IFRS, a corporate system of management of NSI, a planning and budgeting system on the SAP platform, etc.

The developer of the single accounting system will be selected from the middle of September, 2019.
