Public Joint Stock Company "Territorial Generating Company No. 14" was established on December 7, 2004.
The company was one of the first TGCs in Russia to start operating. In 2006, the transformation of the Company into a full-fledged generating company was completed.
The main goal of creating the company is effective work in the competitive wholesale electricity market and in the field of heat supply to consumers of the Trans-Baikal Territory and the Republic of Buryatia.
History
2025: Detention by security forces of leaders and co-owners in a case of particularly large fraud
The leaders and co-owners of the generating company PJSC TGK-14 Konstantin Lyulchev and Viktor Myasnik were detained in a criminal case on especially large-scale fraud (part 4 of article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). It was initiated in May 2025 by investigators Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Trans-Baikal Territory based on inspections conducted by SEB FSB the police and prosecutors. Power engineers are charged with overstating tariffs and damage in the amount of ₽10 million, enterprises appear among the victims. Rostec Subsequently, damage can grow hundreds of times.[1]
2024: Holding SPO for 1.5 billion rubles
"Territorial Generating Company No. 14" (TGK-14) within the framework of SPO attracted 1.5 billion rubles, 10.86% of the shares were placed. This became known in October 2024.
The SPO price amounted to 0.01 rubles per share. Previously, the company's free float was 9%. Thus, after the SPO, 19.86% of the shares are in free float. It is noted that the shares of institutional and retail investors in the distribution of shares during the SPO amounted to 48% and 52%, respectively.
2019: PJSC "TGK-14"
As of January 2019, PJSC TGK-14 includes six branches:
- Chita Generation (structural divisions: Chita TETs-1 and TETs-2, Sherlovogorskaya CHPP, Priargunskaya CHPP);
- Chita Energy Complex (structural divisions: municipal boiler houses, heating networks);
- Chita Teploenergosbyt (structural divisions: Chita branch, Sherlovogorsk branch, Priargunsky branch);
- "Generation of Buryatia" (structural units: Ulan-Ude TETs-1, and TETs-2, Timlyuy CHPP);
- Ulan-Ude Energy Complex (structural divisions: municipal boiler houses, heating networks);
- Teploenergosbyt of Buryatia (structural units: Ulan-Ude branch, Timlyuy branch).
