2019: Representation of a complex for status monitoring of runways
The Ruselectronics holding for the first time showed on August 30, 2019 to State Corporation Rostec a complex for status monitoring of runways. The equipment helps to prepare quickly the airfield for operation and allows to prevent rolling-out of airplanes out of band limits.
Thanks to use of the electronic and mechanical device of braking which does not have analogs the error of measurements does not exceed 0.02% that is 5 times lower than foreign analogs.
The complex is developed in two modifications – for operation on military and in civil airfields. The civil version conforms to requirements of International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO, International Civil Aviation Organization) and differs in existence of a water supply system for simulation of rainfall and measurement of coefficient of coupling on a wet covering. As of August 30 are tested the equipment, the beginning of serial production is planned for the IV quarter 2019.
The automated complex developed by "Special designing and technological bureau on the relay equipment" (enters into Ruselectronics) represents the two-wheeled device with control block which is towed on a runway with a different speed. The product imitates braking of wheels of the aircraft and measures coefficient of coupling of an airfield covering with the chassis. Covering state-of-health data are transferred in the automatic mode to the operator. The software of a complex creates archive with all results of measurements for forecasting an airfield status on the basis of the saved-up statistics.
