On August 30, 2019 the Software product company announced that it became the winner of the tender for development of the hardware and software system "Assistant to Moscow". In the updated hardware and software system "Assistant to Moscow" six more types of violations for fixing will appear, the accuracy of recognition of car numbers will increase and the logo of mobile application will change.

According to the company, the hardware and software system "Assistant to Moscow" allows residents of the capital to capture using mobile application with the smartphone camera different abuses of regulations of the parking of vehicles and to transfer these data to the departments which are responsible for observance of traffic regulations. For August, 2019 more than 430 thousand people use mobile application, and certain users fix about 70 violations a month. With assistance of users of Assistant of Moscow 1.6 million cases on administrative offenses are already directed to bodies and written out penalties for the total amount of 2.2 billion rubles.

"The assistant to Moscow" in the automatic mode fixes abuses of regulations of the parking in predefined zones. The user of the application should remain within such zone to have an opportunity to make photo and video filming using the mobile phone camera. Strictly certain types of violations are assigned to each zone. For August, 2019 it is possible to fix violations under prohibition signs of the parking and also to announce lack of payment of the parking.

Emergence of six additional types of violations, including under the name "Parking the Second Row", "Fire Platform (in the Yard)" and "At a Stop of Public Transport" will become the main feature of upgraded version.

In addition, integration with the Single city automated system of ensuring activity of open government of the city of Moscow for obtaining from it data on zones of paid parkings and zones of green plantings will be provided. This integration is executed taking into account further expansion of functions of the application and adding of types of violations.

Separate changes to concern the system of recognition of registration numbers artificial intelligence techniques: numbers of violators will be defined at any time, under any weather conditions and at all seasons of the year; background color will not influence recognition accuracy any more. Also car numbers will be verified with the register of official carriers now to exclude unreasonable penalties for drivers of route vehicles.

Also innovations, other, less considerable for users, are provided. For example, the logo of mobile application Assistant of Moscow will change, there will be individual push-notifications and an opportunity to transfer fixing of violations to other user; additional functions for sorting and search will be added to the event log. Other changes will affect subsystems of information protection and administration.
