On September 3, 2019 the SCOUT company reported that Valeant reduced accident rate of vehicle fleet and increased efficiency of medical representatives to the help of the Russian telematics.

Having for September, 2019 the general state more than in 22 thousand employees and technological productions in Canada, Brazil, Mexico and Poland, Valeant performs the activity worldwide including in Russia. Besides in development of the Russian sales market an important role is played by work of medical representatives whose task – to develop cooperation with drugstores, hospitals and other health care facilities. Certainly, the management of the pharmaceutical company monitors accomplishment by employees of plans for visit of medical institutions, the profit of the organization directly depends on it.

As medical representatives move between objects only on corporate passenger transport, without its operating remote control it is difficult to estimate efficiency of activity of personnel in full. Therefore about five hundred cars of the company were equipped with a domestic telematic system. Vehicles equipped with monitoring modules which collect data on work of transport and direct them to the server of the telematic platform for the analysis. In turn, users of a system receive the detailed reports and diagrams reflecting location and routes of cars, a manner of driving of drivers and many other things

So, thanks to automatic reports on the movement and parking of vehicles, the efficiency of medical representatives of the Russian department of Valeant significantly increased. Taking into account real data on movements of employees during the working day the company management managed to make working plans more rationally. As the result – a gap between planned and actual results on visit by personnel of medical institutions was reduced by 60%.

Besides, based on the mentioned Russian telematic system the solution on control of safety of driving of personnel was implemented.
