2019: Development of the electronic territorial circuit of the address with TKO

On September 3, 2019 the Etton Group company announced completion of work on adjustment and transfer to an electronic form of the territorial scheme of the address with waste of the Republic of Mari El. The territorial scheme received as a result of these works underwent public discussions and corresponds to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 22, 2018 N 1130.

A system allowed to estimate requirements of creation of subjects of the address with waste, to calculate the cost of collecting and transportation of waste on zones of activity of regional operators, to define optimal logistic routes of transportation of the solid utility waste (SUW) from education sources to objects for processing, utilization, placement.

Using electronic model forecasting of a change in value of services (rates) in collecting, processing, transportation, utilization, neutralization, placement of TKO for the population became possible.

A system is developed by request of the Ministry of natural resources, ecology and environmental protection of the Republic of Mari El for execution of specific provisions of the Federal law of December 29, 2014 No. 458-fz "About industrial and consumption waste".

Electronic model of the territorial scheme – the information system including databases, program and the equipment, intended for input, storage, updating, processing, the analysis, representation, data visualization about the system of the organization and implementation in the territory of the region of activities for collecting, transportation, processing, utilization, neutralization, placement of the waste which is formed in the territory of the region and (or) the waste arriving from other subjects of the Russian Federation.
