Service of demonstration of load of the railroads

On September 4, 2019 announced the Russian Railway creation of service which shows load of sections of the railroad.

We made the scheme of dynamic loading of network. There it is already possible as on " Yandex.traffic jams " to look where the most loaded sections — the deputy CEO of the Russian Railway Aleksey Shiloh told journalists on the sidelines of the East Economic Forum (EEF) (the quote by RIA Novosti).

According to him, the Russian Railway was developed by several interactive services which consignors can use to obtain information on a situation in network. Names of these services are not called.

Aleksey Shiloh also told that earlier in 2019 the Russian Railway started the card with the repair schedule on roads.

The deputy director general of the Russian Railway reported that the company developed rules of non-discriminatory access to infrastructure which will allow to solve a problem of uneven loading of the separate directions and are not directed to receiving a pecuniary benefit.

By the beginning of September, 2019 cargo flows of the Russian Railway are generally directed to the Far East, infrastructure is overloaded, and it is necessary, somehow it is correct to occupy it, Shiloh says.

And to what loads to give a priority in what cases it is possible who can make these decisions — actually these questions are, we for this purpose also prepared this document. Any of decisions which we jointly will make will suit Russian Railways. We have no task through these rules to somehow improve a financial result, it would be quite good, but it is not end in itself — he told.

The order offered the Russian Railway is reflected in the draft resolution of the Russian Federation "About the adoption of non-discriminatory access of carriers to infrastructure of public railway transport", TASS reports.^[1]
