2019: Implementation of BIT: Management (Bits.UMTs) of the medical center

On September 4, 2019 the international integrator of IT solutions First Bit announced implementation in the multi-profile kliniko-diagnostic center "Avicenna" of a system "BIT. Management of the medical center". Thanks to it the medical staff of the center services patients quicker, and the speed of formation and printing of primary medical documents increased by 30%.

The medical institution is equipped with the modern medical equipment of world leading manufacturers. Avicenna has own laboratory which executes clinical laboratory researches.

The medical center for September, 2019 has 8 branches in the city. Before the staff of these branches manually wrote patients on appointment. Because of it clients had to stand in a queue in registry. Then they a progressive tense expected the queue to the doctor as it had to fill out too manually documents according to the results of survey of the patient.

In Avicenna clinic also the inventory control was not automated that led to delay of drugs in warehouses.

In it the working schedule and employment of medical staff is automatically considered. It not only excludes errors at selection of time of visit of the doctor, but also reduces time for record of each patient and helps to optimize load of personnel.

Doctors accept patients thanks to the electronic medical record and templates of the surveys configured in the program quicker. As a result the speed of formation and printing of primary medical documents is increased by 30%.
