2019: Cooperation with SAP CIS of area of innovations and digitalization

On September 5, 2019 SAP CIS reported that together with Sakhalin Energy signed the memorandum of understanding. The parties will cooperate in area of innovations and digitalization using SAP products, to implement the best international practices and technological solutions and also to develop the existing IT systems. A key stage of cooperation will become localization of the ERP system based on SAP S/4HANA which will allow to overcome restrictions of the existing IT landscape and to integrate business processes of the company based on a uniform digital core, having provided growth of efficiency and further development of Sakhalin Energy.

Partnership with SAP company will help us to use with work the most modern tools, such as machine learning, predictive analytics, artificial intelligence. Effects of implementation will have complex character and will become base for improving competitiveness of the company, emphasized the chief executive officer of Sakhalin Energy Roman Dashkov

In addition to design and implementation of IT systems based on SAP products, operation and development of the existing systems, within cooperation it is going to pay attention to preparation and advanced training of specialists of Competence Center of Sakhalin Energy, they will be trained using experts and partners of SAP.
