On September 12, 2019 the company of Technology of the Future reported that in administration Aksay (Kazakhstan) the automation system of service of visitors of NEURONIQ was implemented.
The intelligent system of NEURONIQ allows to automate work of city administration, to optimize process of service and to make it more comfortable, both for the staff of the organization, and for visitors.
On the customer's wish in addition to the choice of services, the visitor is given an opportunity to select and the specialist. For this purpose in the menu of the registrar are specified a position and the Full Name, those employees who conduct acceptance at present.
The menu of the choice of services and also all information and the notification about calls is duplicated both in Russian, and in Kazakh.
Use of the NEURONIQ system cardinally changes the atmosphere of waiting and reduces possibility of conflict situations, increases efficiency and labor productivity of employees and also provides operating control behind process of reception of citizens.
