Marvel Distribution (CRM)

The first stage of implementation during which all customer information will be integrated and is implemented the mechanism of management and control by communications, should come to the end by June, 2010. In total it is going to automate 120 users. In a system it is supposed to implement a set of functions: consolidation of customer information, work with potential clients, processes of management of communications, data exchange with the ERP system, synchronization with e-mail. The specialized reporting under work of managers with current partners, assessment of potential partners will be developed. Further in Microsoft CRM it is going to introduce the KPI system for employees and to exercise control of its accomplishment.
