2019: A project startup on data management about secondary sales in the territory of the CIS countries
On September 12, 2019 it became known that the system integrator and Navicon developer implements the industry solution of Navicon Pharma TDC intended for complex analytics of distribution channels in the Consumer Health division of Bayer concern.
Bayer is international concern with examination in the field of natural sciences: health care and agriculture. Products and solutions of the company are directed to improvement of quality of life of people. The concern works in many countries of the world and has an extensive partner network of drugstores and distributors.
For operational management of the markets of the CIS it was decided to automate processes of collecting and data analysis about purchases and a remaining balance in warehouses of partners. Project implementation is enabled by the Navicon company having extensive experience in automation of pharmaceutics. According to the results of operation of a system, the Consumer Health division which performs the activity a segment of the medicines which are released without recipe (OTS) made the decision on implementation of a similar system for the CIS countries.
Implementation of Navicon Pharma TDC in Consumer Health – the project, very important for us. First, we had to upgrade the solution. For collection of data on secondary sales on Russia and on other countries different databases are necessary, and we picked up that source which satisfied need of colleagues from the CIS. Secondly, results of implementation showed that our IT solution is capable to work not only with data on Russia, but also with where in the large volume of information.
