2019: Creation of an end-to-end digital system for production processes and management

On September 12, 2019 the ITPS company announced end of a number of the difficult projects implemented within the Program of transformation and development of a management system of UK Tatburneft LLC. The Program purpose - to increase controllability the company, to reduce costs and product cost, to reduce runtime of the main production processes with observance of the existing technology regulations.

UK Tatburneft LLC densely is engaged more than two years in complex informatization of production processes. The Program of transformation and development of a management system meaning creation complex information system (KIS) which supports the production, managerial and providing processes – uniform, transparent and clear for all divisions was for this purpose started.

The ITPS group acted as the complex IT partner in digital transformation of UK Tatburneft LLC, created and executed a number of projects within the Program in which the great number of the working groups was involved. The performed works can be separated into two big stages conditionally. The first – modeling of processes, development of the development strategy, architecture of the complete solution and management tools the program of projects. The second - design, implementation and start in operation of the functional modules of CIS integrated among themselves.

At the first stage experts of ITPS jointly with specialists of UK Tatburneft LLC developed a target business process model of the company, made the description of all processes with detailing before functions of divisions and defined their roles in a management structure. On the basis of this information the architecture of CIS in a binding to the described processes and an organization structure was developed. The system of portfolio and project management including methodology and IT management tools drafts of the Program was developed for program management of projects.

At the second stage the complete solution which basis was formed by the modern software products 1C integrated among themselves according to methodology of ITPS was deployed. Implementation is executed and the interrelation of a number of information systems and modules is configured: production planning and accounting, management of profitable agreements, system of estimate calculations, personnel management, management of uniform reference books, purchase management and warehouses, inland and external transport, etc.

Creation of a modern complex numerical control system production processes became an important stage of the innovative development of UK Tatburneft LLC. The company put into practice essentially other approach to management which considerably reduces transmission time of information between structural divisions of different level. Within a system all business processes as main production (construction of wells) with which all production services (drillers, assemblers, geologists, technologists), and providing processes work are consolidated. Information is available to all participants of processes at all levels of management at the same time. Similar approach excludes duplication of data entry and discrepancy of information in the different systems and also provides efficiency of decision making.

Application of digital instruments and presence of such level of process management of production gives the chance of UK Tatburneft LLC to reduce terms of conducting works, saving high quality and level of control over processes, thereby increasing investment efficiency for the customer.
