Homnet optimized preparation of the reporting of XBRL in Trastunion Esset Management

2019: Homnet XBRL'S implementation

On September 17, 2019 Homnet Consulting Group reported that it optimized preparation of the reporting of XBRL in UK "Trastunion Esset Management".

The module "Homnet XBRL" is compatible to the accounting system which is earlier implemented in Management company "Homnet: NFO". The solution "HOMNET:NFO" is "XBRL focused": its architecture has a full range of standard integration tools with the solution for preparation of the reporting in XBRL.

Thus, the project of integration of the module "XOMHET:XBRL" in IT infrastructure Management company became the next planned implementation stage in IT infrastructure of the company of requirements to the reporting of NFO Central bank RUSSIAN FEDERATION.

We transferred both projects on transition to EPS and the XBRL format to execution of Homnet Group since software products which were offered by vendor for implementation of the tasks together are actually single system. Data loading from an accounting system is made by a one click of the button. Data retrieveds if necessary it is possible to adjust and enter missing information manually - it allows to prepare qualitatively the reporting in the conditions of deadlines, commented Elena Verzhanovskaya, the chief accountant of Trastunion Ayem LLC

The project was implemented in only one month during which experts of Homnet Group performed implementation and initial tuning of a system; and also provided training of employees in work with the program.

Within the project experts of Homnet Group gave full consulting support of Trastunion Esset Management Management company on preparation and delivery of a packet of the quarter reporting (BFO, NSO) in the XBRL format. The collected reporting successfully underwent audit of the Central Bank.

As a result of the performed works the following functions are automated:

• work with taxonomy;
• data loading from the different systems in the xbrl format;
• validation of data on rules of taxonomy of the Central Bank;
• technology data validation;
• formation of a packet of the reporting according to taxonomy of the Central Bank.

In continuation of cooperation of the company signed the agreement ITM (information and technical maintenance) according to which, specialists of Homnet Group give consulting support to the staff of Trastunion Ayem LLC on methodical and technical issues of work with the XOMHET:XBRL program.
