F.Bot is a chat-bot on the Faktura.ru platform which allows to automate considerable number of communications with clients in remote channels of service.

On September 18, 2019 the CFT company reported that her specialists develop complex service F.Bot.

F.Bot is the solution created together with partners and colleagues from financial market on the basis of the large volume of dialogs on bank subjects. According to the analysis of requests of users, scripts of contact centers and the staff of departments, using machine learning specialists of Faktura.ru created a bot capable to respond independently to more than 70% of subjects of questions.

F.Bot reduces load of call center and provides a customer loyalty – the majority of issues can be resolved in an online format. Besides, the bot helps to perform contextual cross-selling. In the long term, using a bot the user can pay services, order products, replace the PIN code of the card and many other things.

F.Bot studies, considering specifics of bank, accumulates knowledge and becomes even more operational and sympathetic.
