In Lukoil-Inter-Kard company in Nizhny Novgorod the implementing solution for encouragement of clients of gas stations based on the Manzana Loyalty system developed on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform by specialists of Manzana Group company is complete.

The project on implementation of the new program of encouragement of consumers started in Lukoil gas Station in December, 2008 in St. Petersburg. The program is based on the system of promotion of consumer activity due to providing instant discounts and accumulation of points for perfect purchases.

Clients of gas station in Nizhny Novgorod can accumulate points both upon fuel purchase, and when shopping in a mini-market at gas station. Participants of the program can also join one of four clubs integrating holders of cards on interests and by that to influence the system of charge of bonuses. Being a member of one of clubs ("Avtoprofi", Avtosemya, Avtoledi, Transit) clients can accumulate additional points, buying certain groups of goods.

At such approach it is possible to establish close interaction with buyers, to react flexibly to their preferences and to manage consumer behavior.

The project in network of gas station in Nizhny Novgorod was implemented in three months. Now active work on involvement of participants in the Program is conducted. For optimization of this process in the solution function of hands-off processing and reconciliation of questionnaires is implemented - creation of a card of the participant and formation of the request for release of the bonus card for it is automatic after scanning and recognition of the completed questionnaire of the participant. For the organization of line scanning integration of the implemented system and the product ABBYY FlexiCaprute is used.

Besides, within the solution the system of SMS notifications using which participants of the Program will be able quickly to obtain information on the added points and the issued certificates, new initiatives and special offers is implemented.
