For project implementation Airplane and Etazhi company will create joint venture, participation in which is distributed between two partners in equal shares. The Tyumen company will introduce technology of remote assessment of a real estate in the project, and Airplane is financing and examination regarding scaling of projects. It is supposed that the project will reach payback until the end of 2019.
According to forecasts of authors of the project, "is FAST" will occupy 20% of the market of the accelerated sale of housing in Russia which by 2025 will make about 2 trillion rubles. It is expected that by this moment the hi-tech services of the accelerated redemption will completely change structure of secondary market of housing in Russia, and every tenth transaction will be performed using the online platform.
The pilot stage of the IS FAST project will be implemented in Tyumen until the end of 2019 then service will be brought to federal level.
