In x-ray department of the Slutsk Central District Hospital the Neuroniq system is installed

2019: NeuroniQ system implementation

On September 19, 2019 the company of Technology of the Future reported that for flux profile of patients in x-ray department of the Slutsk Central District Hospital (Belarus) the intelligent system of Neuroniq was installed.

Project implementation in one of the most loaded departments of hospital allows to organize competently service process, to lower load of personnel, to considerably reduce waiting time of patients in queue and to reduce quantity of conflict situations.

As operator consoles in the Slutsk hospital tablets which are connected in a system on wireless technology are used. This solution significantly simplifies installation and reduces terms of input of an e-queue system in operation.

Except basic function – a call of the following visitor – the tablet panel allows to redirect the visitor to other specialist, to register an additional service, to display information on a queue status, customer information and to provide a priority to disabled people and participants of the Great Patriotic War.
