Profile Decor (1C: Enterprise 8.2)

In 2010 the company management Decor Profile made the decision to perform transition from 1C: Enterprise 7.7 to 1C:Enterprise 8. As a basic configuration the product "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" was selected.

Specialization of Profil Dekor LLC company is lamination of a window profile, production color sandwich elements, sale of glue for laminatsionny technologies and production sandwich constructions.

Was the cause for implementation: need to automate the sections connected with sale and production of a color profile, to automate operations on raw materials supplied by the customer accounting, to optimize procurement process of materials, to implement a budgeting system.

As a basic product a choice was made for benefit of software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8". The price quality suited the customer.

Main objectives of the project was: inspect the existing business processes, offer a technique of reflection of these processes in the software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" standard configuration, execute completion of the standard solution with specifics of business process, train key staff of the customer.

Key requirements were sections of purchase planning, production, sales.

Specialists of RG-Soft Proyekt Consulting LLC company performed works on completion of a standard product regarding order management and production, carried out a cycle of the training seminars for managers of both the Moscow office, and regional divisions (in total more than 50 listeners).

Implementation of 1C:Enterprise 8 in Profil Dekor LLC company was constructed on technology of "end-to-end examples". When carrying out inspection of business processes the staff of RG-Soft Proyekt Consulting LLC prepared examples of implementation of these processes in base 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8.

The implemented blocks allowed to monitor quickly settlings with partners, receivables volumes, to analyze turnover of warehouse stocks, to trace terms of accomplishment of orders of buyers, to react to the shortage of current assets.
