Petroalyans (1C: Enterprise 8.2)

Implementation of the software package "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" of edition 1.3 in Petroalyans group is executed. Including Service Company Petroalyans LLC, Service EPU Center LLC, PGO Tyumenpromgeofizika Ltd, JSC TOEZGP, Kazpromgeofizika AO (Kazakhstan).

Implementation began in February, 2011 and was executed step by step.

The first stage was devoted to implementation of accounting and tax accounting and also setup of minimum necessary analytics for the purposes of accounting according to IFRS. Procedures of data exchange with the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" configuration were developed.

As a result means of 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 of edition 1.3 prepared a complete packet of financial and tax statements for the first quarter 2011.

At the second stage completions of the IFRS block were executed:

• The analytics on cost centers is added to balance and the profit and loss statement, and also to standard accounting reports according to IFRS.
• The block of broadcast of postings for an exception of postings on account groups and separations of internal and external partners on different accounts of IFRS is finished.
• The mechanism of accounting of OS according to IFRS, for input of data by transfer of OS between home companies about accumulated depreciation and original cost is finished.
• A number of reference books and documents for a binding to cost centers is finished.

Besides, posting transfer was executed of RAS in IFRS and closing of reporting period.

At the third stage the purchase management module for service MTS was developed and implemented. Among key questions of this stage it is possible will select the following tasks:

• Development of the BPM module for process management of approval of documents when carrying out the application company.
• Development of the module for management NRI (normative reference information).
• Integration of the module of purchase management with a subsystem of an inventory control.
