Increase in effective management of personnel, ensuring information support of business processes and also replacement of the outdated accounting system on modern were main objectives of the project in "Toyota Material Hendling Rus" company.

In a type of complexity of accounting and a wide range of the automated processes, it was decided to use the product "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8".

The RG-Soft company - as the partner having wide experience of automation of the accounting systems acted as the contractor of implementation.

Due to the optimization of internal processes and also numerical growth of employees need for the complete solution for personnel management process automation appeared.

The company management "Toyota Material Hendling Rus" made the decision on implementation of the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" software product.

During the carried-out works the following functions were executed:

• a system in 5 workplaces is automated;
• necessary initial settings are made.

A system is accepted in commercial operation since 6:06 a.m. 2019.
