2008: Implementation 1C: Enterprise 8.2

In CIS Integrator LLC company in July, 2008 the main part of the project on implementation of an information system based on the application solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" is complete. Activity of CIS Integrator LLC - maintaining projects on information services for clients (consulting, engineering) and implementation of license software products.

Transition of the enterprise from a recording system of documents in printed form to Business Process Management Suite and document flow became a basic reason of the project of automation.

Specifics of work and requirements to the automation system for CIS Integrator LLC consisted that in the company two kinds of activity are conducted: project accounting and accounting of implementation of software in this connection there is a need to plan and monitor financial flows separately on each type of activity. A part of software is on sale according to the consignment scheme.

As a result of project implementation operational accounting is automated by trade purchasing activity - blocks of trade purchasing activity, the block of consignment trade, the block of bank and cash transactions, the block of payroll and personnel management, the block of maintaining the budget of cash flow are successfully implemented.

In the course of works as specialists of RG-Soft data transfer from earlier used information system based on "1C: Enterprise 7.7" is performed, completions are entered to the block on maintaining consignment goods and to the block of maintaining 3-sided agreements (supplier-consignor-buyer).

5 divisions are automated: department of projects, purchasing department, sales department, accounting, financial service.

The project lasted from December, 2007 to June, 2008"
