On September 23, 2019 Directum reported that financial the company A-PLAN passed to electronic document management (E-DOCUMENT FLOW) with partners – participants state procurements. It is more convenient to work with them now, and clients obtain bank guarantees quicker and come on tenders.

MKK "A-PLAN" (A-PLAN) is the company of a full stroke of the financial products and services focused on the market of the public and parastatal procurements. Locates own and loan capital for financing of small and medium business.

Daily hundreds of suppliers address to financial company. The purpose – to obtain bank guarantees. They are obligatory for many state tenders and large state orders. Even if terms of transaction will be violated, bank guarantees will protect the company from getting into the register of unfair suppliers.

The request for service the client leaves online – in a personal account on the website. There it loads photos of the documents necessary for drawing up the agreement. They in the CRM system are studied by the manager of A-PLAN. On the basis of data retrieveds the employee creates the agreement in 1C, and then sends to the customer of service.

Till September, 2019 all correspondence to clients was delivered by mail and courier service. Signing of papers dragged on for weeks, and sometimes and months – if the customer was far outside Moscow. To accelerate process, into A-PLAN decided to pass to exchange of electronic documents through Synerdocs.

In 1.5 months service was built in the IT platform of the company. For convenience of users and transparency of document flow integrated Synerdocs with 1C and a personal account of the client. Now agreements, acts and other documents in the company are processed in electronic form and sent customers directly from the accounting system. For this purpose they use the special Synerdocs function – unsigned sending. Further clients append the lektronny signature and return back originals. Then documents are signed already on the party of A-PLAN. All procedure takes several minutes.
