On September 27, 2019 Avaya HoldingsCorp announced that thanks to start of additional DPCs of the company and its partners to clients of Avaya now well separate cloud solution of Avaya ReadyNow Private.
Separate cloud solutions include in advance configured settings, payment for quantity of jobs and standard sets of products. The companies with the developed local IT infrastructure can scale it according to the requirements, receiving at the same time big flexibility, than in case of a public cloud. Clients of Avaya already use the applications provided to Avaya ReadyNow, in the local environments so can perform soft junction in a cloud and save resources thanks to the minimum quantity of changes in the business processes connected with contact centers and unified communications.
This start is a part of the Avaya program for deployment of virtual cloud infrastructure almost worldwide — for September, 2019 cloud solutions of Avaya support work of 3.6 million jobs.
The solution Avaya ReadyNow for September, 2019 is available in 34 countries within a uniform global delivery model through the international network of DPCs of the company and its partners, guaranteeing the stable and predictable quality level of the provided services in any place (in Russia the device for September, 2019 is unavailable). DPCs of Avaya in Germany and Great Britain for September, 2019 are already started. Now the companies located in these countries will be able to resolve the issues connected with need to conform to requirements of local regulators to data security.
In these DPCs ready virtual private clouds which can interact with the existing applications and the Avaya resources used locally are placed.
