"by Promenergo It is sold" completed the ERP project after suspension

The company "by Promenergo It is sold", delivering the heat-exchanging equipment, completed NaviCon Trade system implementation based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV. The project was executed by the NaviCon company which developed this solution.

Having executed reorganization of business in 2004, the company implemented the warehouse management system Exceed WMS and started search of the ERP system allowing to automate sales management, order management, settlement with clients, financial accounting and planning. A choice was made for benefit of Microsoft Dynamics NAV in communication by ease in setup and use. Besides, a system integrates all functionality required the company – management of distribution, financial management and interaction with external systems.

The project started in the spring of 2008. Due to the indefinite economic situation in the fall of 2008 the project was suspended, but then implementation was renewed and complete in the winter of 2009. Within the project the complete functionality of the ERP solution – purchases, sales, commodity accounting, settlement with clients and partners is implemented.

Integration of a new ERP system into "1C: Accounting" allowed to exclude double entry of data completely. Operational accounting is implemented in a new information system, and accounting and payroll calculation — in the environment of "1C: Accounting". Accountant officers process data in a system, usual for them, postings then are registered in Microsoft Dynamics NAV. In plans of the company — development of the solution for trade management and its integration with a warehouse management system.
