2019: Merge of Sun InBev and "Breweries Moscow Hilt"
On September 26, 2019 the Accenture company reported that it helped to complete merge of JSC Sun InBev and JSC Moscow Hilt Brewery to formation of the united company JSC AB Inbev Efes (AB InBev Efes) which locates in Russia 11 breweries and 3 malting complexes.
According to the company that the united company began the functioning within a uniform system landscape on March 1, 2019, within 10 months it was necessary to implement the project of integration and to prepare all information systems for reflection of economic transactions of both enterprises.
In spite of the fact that both companies worked at the same market, their business processes differed owing to the saved-up historical differences, features of management models in business, specifics of production and warehouse sites and also different approach to use of uniform service centers – BSC (Business Service Center). Implementing solutions based on SAP was preceded by more than 100 seminars with attraction about 250 experts of both companies for identification of process, organizational and functional discrepancies. It allowed to create, and afterwards and to implement the necessary volume of solutions for transformation of processes of AB InBev Efes consolidated company.
The united company passed to the unified business processes that allowed to increase efficiency, to optimize a logistic supply chain design. In the course of transformation of two companies key indicators on not exceeding of duration of a stop of business (blackout) were sustained, planned targets on volumes to production and shipments are executed, strict standards of financial closure of month and quarter are sustained.
