Product "RG-Soft: The regional operator" is intended for complex business process automation of the enterprises rendering services and exercising control in the field of the address with waste. A system covers the main guidance loops and accounting.

The product allows to organize the unified information system for management of the enterprise of the following services, including:

• directorate;
• accounting;
• personnel department;
• economical department;
• dispatching department;
• sales department;
• department of control of transport;
• warehouse.

In a system the following managerial modules are automated:

1. Contract management and accounting:

• Maintaining register of agreements;
• Accounting of limit and actual agreements;
• The analysis of agreements (control of accomplishment of agreement obligations, control of validity periods, control of exceeding of a limit upon export);
• Formation of agreements in MS Word, the mechanism of formation of agreements on a template;
• Tracking and control of receivables;
• Registration of supplementary agreements to agreements.

2. Management of routing and requests – scheduling:

• Order taking for garbage removal;
• Accounting of platforms and diagrams of export under agreements;
• Formation of routes, for automatic distribution of tasks by cars;
• Group formation and printing of waybills in the unified Specialist forms 4C, 4P and 3;
• Distribution of tasks by cars and drivers with printing of route sheets;
• Data storage on volumes of the exported garbage by partners, agreements and platforms;
• Fixing of failures of execution of tasks;
• Accounting of run, fuel reserves, engine hours and a worked time of cars;
• Maintaining register of waybills;
• Maintaining magazine of departures / returns of cars;
• Payroll of drivers on a price-work system;
• Accounting of location of a container and inventory accounting of bunkers.

3. Control of motor transport:

• Analysis of direct charges of fleet of vehicles;
• Normative and actual accounting of fuel and lubricants;

4. Ecological reporting:

• Loading of the reference book of FKKO;
• Registration of percentage of FKKO in TKO for each agreement;

5. Mobile application for drivers:

• Registration of the fact of the performed work online;
• Loading of the photoreport on the done work;
• Control of location.

6. Management of finance of the enterprise:

• Accounting of banking and cash activities;
• Planning of income, expenses, financial result of activity and financial status of the enterprise;
• Payment schedule;
• Group formation and printing of accounting documents (The account, the Act and the Invoice) under limit and actual agreements.

7. Distribution of route tasks for contract organizations (contractors):

• Distribution of amount of works by requests for export of waste and diagrams by contractors;
• Acceptance of the actual works of contractors;
• Automatic loading of the fact of the performed work on data of monitoring systems;
• Data storage on volumes of the exported garbage by contractors, platforms;
• Fixing of failures of execution of tasks;
• Settlement with contractors.

8. Management and accounting of waste on own object:

• Accounting of weight and volume of the taken waste;
• Formation and accounting of coupons on acceptance of waste;
• Registration of entrances of special equipment for a polygon;
• Integration into the weight equipment;
• Establishment svyazis photo and video of the equipment for identification of the car.

9. Production of secondary raw materials:

• Accounting of the made salvage at the same time in several units of measure;
• Maintaining an inventory control and the analysis of volumes of the made salvage;
• Accounting of implementation of the made or written off salvage;
• Accounting of tails.

10. ERTs (drawing of accounts during the work with physical persons):

• Calculation of charges for the area of premises and for quantity of living;
• Automatic charge of the amounts of payments completely and calculation of amount dues taking into account debt;
• Reflection of payment of any amount (overpayment, underpay);
• Tools for loading of data arrays (for example, for updating of the register of personal accounts or information on living).

The configuration is protected and contains the code fragments which are not subject to change by the user, has protection against unauthorized use.
